When our AleWorX and Cocktail Corner team had the opportunity to expand our little corner located in The Crossing shopping center at the Y once again, we were challenged with identifying a concept that would both continue to enhance and complement our existing culinary offerings and guest experience. The Bistro at the Corner would provide for a much needed new open kitchen with a chef driven kitchen team that would not only service the dinner service menu for the Bistro but would also pave the way for a new enhanced lunch/dinner menu for The Cocktail Corner as well as a progressive brunch menu for both The Bistro and The Cocktail Corner alike. It went without second thought to incorporate our existing Cocktail Corner craft cocktail menu into the Bistro and transition the entire dichotomy of an operation to full service to truly elevate our guests’ experience. With Lake Tahoe AleWorX already providing a mountain modern casual dining experience with a focus on wood fired pizza and a self serve craft beer concept, and the addition of The Backyard Bar & Grill adding a food menu focused on burgers, brats and fresh cut fries we are confident that the addition of The Bistro at the Corner and associated enhancement of The Cocktail Corner will round out our pie chart of culinary offerings for an incredible guest experience for anyone who stops by.
